The prosecution has rested its case against Enron Chiefs Kenneth Lay and Jeffrey Skilling. The duo raked in nearly $375 million between 1999 and December 2001, when the company sought bankruptcy protection.Lay, whose take during the three year time period was more than $222 million, says "We're looking forward to getting on the stand and getting our case out there -- the positive case."
Positive for him maybe, but what about the employees and investors who lost everything?
If Martha Stewart can do time and these men don't end up in prison there is no justice.
