They are not quite the Man (or Woman) from U.N.C.L.E. -- but then those people weren't bigots! Take a look at a response to the National Organization for Marriage.


What are these people so afraid of? Lesbians and gay men have been living among them forever, and it's had on impact on their lives.

And unlike what NOM suggests, marriage equality isn't going to force anyone to take part in a marriage ceremony of same-sex couples.

Marriage equality is definitely a church-state separation issue. Groups like NOM make it so. We must never allow ONE narrow religious point of view to be enshrined into law. Religious freedom is just that -- everyone having a Constitutional right to follow the religious tenants of their choice ... or none at all.
