Will.i.am. and two members of the group accused of fraud
Three members of the Black Eyed Peas, singers Will.I.Am, Taboo and Apl.de.ap, filed a lawsuit against Sean M. Larkin, a former band manager for fraud.
The former manager would not care tax group between 2002 and 2009, causing the loss of $ 3.2 million.
"Larking said numerous times that he was taking care of everything and that they had nothing to worry about," said the lawyer for the Black Eyed Peas.
The group was surprised to have to pay very high rates in 2009. However, after dismissing the entrepreneur and pay rates, Sean Larkin kept the financial records they need to repay the company responsible for their tours.
Singer Fergie was not involved in the process, it has a different management of other group members.
