On The Week with George Stephanopoulos, Condoleezza Rice said she didn't remember seeing a memo that discounted the claim that Iraq purchased or attempted to purchase yellowcake from Niger in the late 1990s. It was the basis for Joe Wilson's accusation that the Bush administration "exaggerated the Iraqi threat" in order to justify war."She indicated that had she known, she would have suggested the President remove those famous words from his State of the Union address.
I have a pressing meeting today, so my time is limited right now, but I want to talk more about this latter. I will close by saying it's time for all the liars in this administration to go!
